10 minutes prior to start time. If you’re new, make it 15 minutes – giving your instructor time to set you up on your bike and get you pedaling.
What to Bring:
Commitment, energy, and a water bottle. Water and towels are on us.
Saddle Up + Ride Hard:
Our low-lit studio and hard core instructors will push you to dig deep. You’ll get verbal cues about when to add or decrease resistance; how fast to pedal; and when it’s time to sit, stand or sprint. We’re never short on motivation and we’ll push you to test your limits. The rest, as they say, is up to you.
Practice Good Sweatiquette:
Just like your momma taught you, manners matter. Come to class clean and fragrance free. Leave your gum and candy at home. Oh, and your cell phone? Stash it in your gym bag before getting on the bike. It’ll be waiting for you after class. We promise.
Sweat-friendly workout clothes. Flat soled shoes. Avoid long or baggy pants (they can get caught in the bike pedals). Recommended but not required: padded cycling shorts for comfort. Cycling shoes with cleats, to maximize your workout.
