I hate to admit this but probably reality TV. As I’ve gotten older, I don’t watch it as much, but every once and a while I’ll put on Bravo and check it out.
My all-time favorite jam:
This is a difficult one because there are so many songs I love, but I would say that a few songs that I’ve been listening to on repeat recently are “Call On Me-Ryan Riback Remix,” “Lighthouse-Andrelli Remix,” and “Love and War-Yellow Claw”
What cheers me up:
There are a couple things that I really enjoy that cheer me up, for example: going running on different trails (especially in the fall), Starbucks coffee, country music, red wine/happy hours, and watching/going to Steelers and Penguins games.
Spinning turns me on because:
I love the high intensity and the amount of calories you can burn in a class. The music is motivational and really makes me want to push harder. I had played sports my entire life, and I really hadn’t found an exercise that provided that same intensity until I found spinning.
In class you’ll hear me say:
“Pick it up, pick it up” or “push that butt back”.
